Easy Returns & Exchanges

We adore every product we create, and we want you to love it too! We ship new orders within 5-10 business days unless otherwise noted. 

Need to return your item? Or have a question about your shipping status? Please open a return ticket with us by emailing support@americanbonfireco.com.

Return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility. We do not charge a re-stocking fee. Refund is in the amount of merchandise and applicable tax only. Returns must be requested within 10 business days from date of order to be eligible for a refund and all items must be returned in original condition and packaging.

Our sunglasses do have a 30 day guarantee, if your sunglasses are found to be defective or have broken, just send us a picture and we will get you taken care of!

All duties and tariffs for individual countries will be the buyers responsibility. If the address given to American Bonfire was incorrect and returned, the customer will be responsible for providing American Bonfire with the correct address.

American Bonfire is not responsible for the additional shipping costs. If for any reason, the package is refused, the amount of return shipment will be deducted from the buyers refund.  

All shipments will be sent with tracking numbers via UPS or USPS. Once tracking has started and a package has been confirmed as in transit, it is not the responsibility of American Bonfire. All products will be shipped within 3-5 business days (unless otherwise stated in product description).

But we want it to be YOUR choice. Please tag our profile @americanbonfireco and use our #AmericanBonfireCo so we can see you rock your gear! Otherwise, we protect the identities of our customers, and leave the selfies in your hands.

If you opt-in to our email newsletter, a giveaway, or purchase one of our items, then you will be added to our email list so we can stay in touch. We will never give away your email address or contact information to anyone outside of American Bonfire Co. If you ever get tired of hearing from us, go ahead and hit unsubscribe at the bottom of any email or text message. We'll be sad to see you go and will be waiting and hoping for you to come back when the time is right for you!

Credit Card/ Payment Information

Your credit card information is processed through encrypted methods, and to the extent it is within our power, we will keep that safe. If there is ever a known security breach we will notify you immediately.
