Easy Returns & Exchanges

We adore every product we create, and we want you to love it too! We ship new orders within 5-10 business days unless otherwise noted. 

Need to return your item? Or have a question about your shipping status? Please open a return ticket with us by emailing shipping@americanbonfireco.com. Return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility. We do not charge a re-stocking fee. Refund is in the amount of merchandise and applicable tax only. Returns must be requested within 10 business days from date of order to be eligible for a refund and all items must be returned in original condition and packaging.

But we want it to be YOUR choice. Please tag our profile @americanbonfireco and use our #AmericanBonfireCo so we can see you rock your gear! Otherwise, we protect the identities of our customers, and leave the selfies in your hands.

If you opt-in to our email newsletter, a giveaway, or purchase one of our items, then you will be added to our email list so we can stay in touch. We will never give away your email address or contact information to anyone outside of American Bonfire Co. If you ever get tired of hearing from us, go ahead and hit unsubscribe at the bottom of any email or text message. We'll be sad to see you go and will be waiting and hoping for you to come back when the time is right for you!

Credit Card/ Payment Information

Your credit card information is processed through encrypted methods, and to the extent it is within our power, we will keep that safe. If there is ever a known security breach we will notify you immediately.
