SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT

American Bonfire Co. fulfills and ships orders Monday through Friday during normal business days.

Orders placed after Friday’s final mail run, or anytime Saturday and Sunday, will begin processing the following business day.

Please note that expedited shipping options, including 2-Day Shipping, refer to carrier transit time after the package has been fulfilled, shipped, and scanned by the carrier.

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, most orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.

All shipments are sent with tracking via UPS, USPS, OnTrac, DHL, or other available carriers.

Once a package has been accepted and scanned by the carrier, delivery timing and carrier-related delays are outside the control of American Bonfire Co.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, DUTIES & TARIFFS

Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, tariffs, customs fees, import charges, or other country-specific shipping fees required by their local government or carrier.

These charges are not included in product pricing or shipping costs collected at checkout unless otherwise stated.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES & REFUSED PACKAGES

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to reship the order.

If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned to sender, any return shipping fees, carrier penalties, duties, tariffs, or associated costs incurred by American Bonfire Co. may be deducted from the customer’s refund.
